Game of Thrones: Are We Ready to Let Go of Jaime Lannister?

When Game of Thrones began, nobody could have predicted that the person to best embody why second chances matter would be Jaime Lannister. If Jaime is to fall in the next episode’s battle, he will be the most sociopathic, twisted, and occasionally inhuman character for whose death I’ll shed a tear.

Winter Came Hard: A Light-Hearted Breakdown of the Heart-Wrenching Battle of Winterfell

After a relatively tame first two episodes, the 82-minute third Game of Thrones episode gave fans a dose of what propelled the show into must-see TV in the first place - the gruesome and unpredictable deaths of their most beloved characters. Warning, an article has many spoilers!

“Caution: White Men at Work”: What Game of Thrones Season 8 Writers Don’t Get about Powerful Women

Game of Thrones is like a relationship which starts with a very misleading Tinder profile. It rose to cultural supremacy by promising to “break the wheel”; now it’s just a mediocre attempt at celebrating a straight, white man’s newfound lineage, while undermining its powerful women characters.
